My name is Luisa Benítez, and I am the person behind Margarita—a brand created with love, dreams, and the deep desire to build something of my own. I have always felt a passion for children’s fashion, for the little stories each garment tells, and for the power a brand has to accompany special moments in a family’s life.
The dream of becoming an entrepreneur was born from two things: my passion for creating and my desire to work independently, with the freedom to spend time with my children and my family. I wanted to build a project that would allow me to grow professionally without giving up what I love most: my home.
The name Margarita is a tribute to my grandmother, a wonderful woman who marked my life with her love, kindness, and strength. I always knew that when the moment came to bring a truly meaningful project to life, it had to carry her name. Every design and every garment holds a piece of her.
Our slogan, “believe in your dreams,” is born from a deep conviction: dreams can come true when we have the courage to believe in them, work for them, and never give up. I am inspired by the phrase “cree y crearás”—“believe and you will create”—because it captures the essence of Margarita: a brand built on faith, dedication, and love.
